Custom Leather Order Agreement

Shipping Time

Turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 3–4 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on the item ordered. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Intracoastal Equine is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only valid on non-custom items. Please contact Intracoastal Equine to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Custom items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted on custom orders unless there is an error made by Intracoastal Equine. Once work has begun, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 days after the returned item is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Care and Use Disclaimer

Leather is a natural material and requires proper care. Intracoastal Equine is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, exposure to moisture, animals, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

 Custom orders may be canceled before work begins. Once work has started, orders may not be canceled or refunded.

Ownership & Promotional Rights

Intracoastal Equine retains the right to photograph completed items for portfolio, website, and social media use unless the client submits a written request to opt out prior to completion.

Design Approval & Changes

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before work begins. Once work has started, changes may not be possible. Approved changes may result in extended turnaround time.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to process orders and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
